Joe G. Alexander, age 85, of Dade City, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Joe was born on July 16, 1940, in Eden, Texas, to Raymond and Manuela Alexander. He grew up in a large family that shaped his early life.

On July 5, 1958, Joe married the love of his life, Francisca M. Alexander, in Pokomo, Maryland. Their marriage of 67 years was built on devotion, partnership, and unwavering support. Together, they raised a beautiful family and created a home filled with love, laughter, and memories that will be treasured forever.

He was a proud and hardworking truck driver, known affectionately as "Blue Boy" to his trucking family.

Joe was preceded in death by parents: Raymond and Manuela Alexander; children: Rosie Harris and Angel Alexander; and Siblings: Hortencia, Antonio, Ramona, Lydia, Ernest, Guadalupe, William, and Miquel.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Francisca, and their children: Mary Martinez, Joe Alexander Jr. (Angel), Jessie Alexander (Janie), Beatrice Castro, Annette Alexander-Burbick, and Robert Alexander. His children blessed him with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who adored him deeply. Among them are grandchildren: Antonio Martinez, Martha Padron, Joey Martinez (Dana), Joanna, Gina, Angelo, Elena, Justinlee (Sarah), Joelee (Rochell), Jessie Alexander Jr., Brittany Wilhite, Carlos W Castro (Abbie), Tiffany Castro, Danielle Arfaras (Addison), Michael Hanson (Cheree) Ariel Harris Dixon, Angelina and Arianna Alexander; great-grandchildren: Austin Pardon, Desiree Martinez, Logan, Jeffrey, Jace, Jacob, Mya, Gabriella, Joshua Alexander, Sadie, Rhett, Avery Wilhite, Isabelle Castro, Jaxon, Natalie, Lincoln, Penelope Arfaras, Emila Hanson, Carson Hanson, Olivia Hanson, and Jim Dixon. Sibling: Luis.

Joe is also survived by a large extended family, including many nieces, nephews, cousins, and loved ones who will forever hold him in their hearts.

Funeral mass will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Rita Catholic Church in Dade City, Florida. Interment will follow the mass at Chapel Hill Gardens in Dade City.
