Joanne Kathryn
Hrabosky
November 30, 1952 – May 12, 2026
Joanne Hrabosky, of Wesley Chapel, formerly of Duquesne, passed away peacefully on May 12, 2026.
Born on November 30, 1952, Joanne was the beloved daughter of the late John and Laura Miller of Duquesne, Pennsylvania. She attended St. Peter’s District High School and often spoke about the time she was forced to walk three miles home through the bitter cold after buses stopped running, crossing the Duquesne-McKeesport Bridge and making her way up Center Street to Duquesne.
Joanne was married to her devoted husband, Vincent Hrabosky Sr. Together, they built a life filled with love, family, and many moves throughout the years. After growing up in Duquesne, Joanne and Vince moved to Cambridge, where they welcomed their son, Vincent Jr. Their journey later took them to Duluth, Georgia, then Buford, Georgia, before finally settling in Wesley Chapel, Florida.
Throughout her life, Joanne worked in a variety of jobs ranging from her career at Salt Fork State Park to teaching students at an ultrasound diagnostic nursing school in Atlanta, Georgia and working as a Logistics Coordinator for Erring Klinger.
Joanne had a deep love for music, especially The Beatles. She even performed a Beatles song for a school class presentation. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing, crafts, and gardening. Some of her happiest moments were shared with family and friends at picnics, surrounded by laughter and love.
Above all else, Joanne was a kind and caring mother and grandmother who deeply loved her family, especially her son and granddaughter, Anna.
She is survived by her loving husband, Vincent Hrabosky Sr.; her son, Vincent Hrabosky Jr.; her daughter-in-law, Maria Hrabosky; and her cherished granddaughter, Anna.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
