JoAnn Parker Boyt Rhodes 79, of Zephyrhills, FL passed away Tuesday, November 14th, 2023, at her daughter's home under the care of Gulfside Regional Hospice. She was born August 13, 1944, in Dade City, FL to George Parker and Cleo Golden Parker. She owned and operated JoAnn's Produce Market in Zephyrhills for many years. She also worked at both Dade City Hospital and Woodland Elementary as a Cook. She was a faithful member of the Family of God Baptist Church.

JoAnn is survived by her children: James Alvin Boyt (Sandy May), Teresa Boyt Borrelli (Doug Sanford); 5 sisters: Katherine Prater, Tommie Boyt, Carol Lawlor, Wanda Pearl, Linda Mattingly (Frank); 6 grandchildren: Dustin Boyt, Daniel Golden (Haley), Kara Boyt, Phillip May, Liz May, Robert May; 4 great grandchildren: Topher, Isaac, Alaina and Maggie; "Adopted" Daughter Lora Peddle Ferguson and granddaughter Brandi Whiddon plus many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents: George & Cleo Parker; Step-mom Martha Parker; siblings: Gerald Parker, Marie Key, Andy Parker; and granddaughter: Megan Borrelli.

Funeral Services will be held 2pm Sunday, November 19th, 2023, at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City, with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Gardens. The family will receive friends for viewing from 5-7pm Saturday evening at the funeral home.
