Joan Kay Huguelet, 84, of Webster, Florida passed away on January 12, 2023. She was born on June 22,1938 in Ashley, Michigan to Glen Johnson and Vera Scutt. She grew up with her siblings: Glenn Johnson, Charlene Olger, Becky Huss, Robert Johnson, Gary Johnson, Darrell Johnson, Terry Johnson, Larry Dean Johnson, and Gayle Seibert. Joan is the former owner of J.P. Farms Restaurant in Ovid, Michigan, and a CNA with Sparrow Clinton Hospital. She was a member of the MSU Extension Club and a girl scout leader. She was very involved with school activities. She loved the yearly travel with her family to Michigan and Florida. Also, the family camping trips and the trip to the Grand Canyon. Joan loved her family.
She is preceded in death by spouses: Darrell Sump and Mike Christen; Son: Doug Huguelet; Step-Son: Adam Christen; Siblings: Glenn Johnson, Charlene Olger, Robert Johnson, Gary Johnson, Darrell Johnson, Beverly Huss and Larry Dean; Parents : Vera and Glenn Johnson; Grandparents: Lorenzo and Ida Scutt, Alma and Moses Johnson.
Joan is survived by her children: Bill and Sharon Huguelet, Wendy and Keith Potts; Grandchildren: Jeremey Huguelet, Ryan Huguelet, Nick Huguelet, Brandon Potts, Khasondra Page Zachary Potts; Step-Grandchildren: Devon Christen, Shannon, Christen, Curtis Christen ; Great- Grandchildren: Hunter Huguelet, Miarah Huguelet, Sophia Page Khasiyana Salim, Harper Potts; Step-Grandchildren: Noah Christen, Mickey.
