Obituary
Jo Anne Lawson went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday morning August 25, 2017.
She was born to Alfred and Etta Mae Capen on August 16, 1935 in Lockport New York.
She is survived by her Husband Carl Lawson and her two sons Ken and Douglas Smith plus her step children Lisa Webb and Carl Lawson Jr. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great children, along with many friends and neighbors. She was preceded in death by her brother Albi, and her infant daughter Susan.
She was a member of the Life Church in Wesley Chapel, and with her many friends she loved to play golf and watch sports especially The Tampa Bay Rays, the Florida Gators and the Duke University Basketball Team.
A memorial service and a celebration of her life will be held at the Life Church on Thursday August 31, 2017 at 11:00 AM.
She has now gone to be with the Lord.
