Jim (James A) Houts joined his heavenly Family and Friends on January 12, 2022. He is from St Mary's Ohio and was a true Ohio State Buckeyes fan. He is survived by his Wife Laureen Houts, Sister Diann Rush, Five daughters: Nicole Elliott, Danielle Whyte, Courtney Eberly, Tara Houts, and Kylie Jenkins. Six Grandchildren, one Great Grandchild and one on the way. Many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his Parents Bob and Martha and Sister Lynn. Jim loved his Dogs, Lucy and Buddy, and he tolerated the cats. He enjoyed fishing, Nascar and all sports. Jim found enjoyment in scaring and screwing with people you never knew what he was up to. He could clear a room (if you know you know 😊). Jim has left us all with great memories. His sense of humor was indeed infectious. What most people didn't know about Jim was his ability to give so much to so many without need for anything in return, including praise. He said he was a very patient man😊. Jim will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Let's hope there is good fishing in heaven. You are with the best now!!
