JEWELL "GINGER" VIRGINIA CLEMENTS, Age 78, died Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at home in Darby, FL. Born. July 23, 1942, in Tampa, FL; she was the daughter of Homer and Frances Bellamy. Ginger graduated from Pasco High School and lived nearly all her life in Pasco County where she worked for the Head Start Program and later for the Pasco County School Board. After the loss of her daughter, Carla Sue McCullum in 1963, she chose a path in life focused on her love of children and jumped at any opportunity to nurture a child. As a member of Calvary Assembly of God, in Dade City, she continued this affection never giving up a chance to assist in the nursery.
She leaves her children and their spouses Terry Bellamy (Greg Curtis) of Tampa, FL, Emmylou Clements (Riaz Juman) of Wesley Chapel, FL; her grandchildren Christina Cruz (Marvin Soberanis) of Zephyrhills, FL, Lalo Cruz (Jennie) of Lake City, FL and Christian Robles of Wesley Chapel, FL; and Great-Grandchildren Joey Voris and Isabell Soberanis, also survived are her brothers Howard Bellamy and David & Susan Bellamy of Darby, FL.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 28 at 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Assembly of God in Dade City, FL followed by a brief graveside service at Townsend House Cemetery where she will be laid to rest alongside her daughter, Carla.
