Jerry Allen Cleveland 69, of Dade City passed away Friday, June 23, 2017. He was born October 2, 1947 in Birmingham, AL to Sam Allen & Mary Loggins Cleveland. Jerry retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years and then served in the Air Force. He moved to Dade City in 1958 from Birmingham and was an active member of the Dade City VFW Post 4283. Jerry is survived by his wife: Donna Cleveland; son: Dixie & Sherry Cleveland; sister: Jackie Sherbert; 2 grandchildren: Blaine Cleveland, Atlee Cleveland; and niece: Stephanie Sherbert. Services will be held 10am Wednesdayday, June 28, 2017 at Florida National Cemetery with military honors. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations in Jerry's memory to either HPH Hospice or towards cancer research. Military Honors
