Blocker, Jason, 38, passed away on July 14, 2014. The family will receive friends from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Sunday, July 20th, at Hodges Family Funeral Home 301 chapel in Dade City, with a funeral service to follow at 1:00pm.A committal service will be held on Tuesday July 22nd at 11:00am at Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens in Opp, Alabama, where Jason will be laid to rest.
