Jarrett Lance Kinsey (19) passed away February 3, 2017 in Tampa FL. He was born November 2, 1997 to Lori Heine & Scott Kinsey. He proceeds in death both parents and his oldest brother, Justin Garland. He is survived by loving sisters Kymberly Simms, Megan Cobb, Amber (Amy) Kinsey, brother Gregory Richardson, nieces Taylor & Jamie Simms, and nephews Christopher Cobb & Damien Richardson. He had a personality like no other. He lived life freely, only to cheer up the next person he spoke to in hopes to make them smile. He will be dearly missed and was loved by all who knew him. A funeral service will be held at Hodges Family Funeral Home's 301 chapel in Dade City on Thursday, February 9th, at 2:00. The family will receive visitors an hour prior, from 1:00 to 2:00. Committal and interment will follow in Chapel Hill Gardens cemetery. Visitation
