Janet Ruth Jackson, 69, of Dade City, Florida, passed away peacefully on July 30, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on October 16, 1955, in Pasco County, Florida, Janet was the daughter of Thelma and James Hampton. She grew up in a close-knit family alongside her siblings Elbert, Danny, Frank, Brenda, Curtis, Helen, and Billy Hampton, forming lifelong bonds filled with love and laughter.

Janet was married to the love of her life, the late Wyman Jackson. Together they shared a beautiful life and raised a family rooted in love, strength, and togetherness. She was also preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Kimberly Hewitt.

A dedicated and hardworking woman, Janet spent more than 15 years working at both Sparton Electronics and Rooms To Go Warehouse. Beyond her work, she was known for her warm spirit, kindness, and the joy she brought to those around her.

Janet's greatest pride was her family. She is survived by her children, Shawn Sanderson and Ashley Hendrickson (with husband David Hendrickson); her grandchildren, Matthew Hewitt, Bailey Sanderson, and Khaleb Davis; and her siblings, Elbert, Brenda, Helen, Billy, Danny, Frank, and Curtis Hampton.

She will be remembered for her unwavering devotion to her loved ones, her gentle heart, and the countless ways she made life brighter for all who knew her.
