WILKS, James R. 84 of Dade City died Sunday, May 10, 2015 at the Bayfront Dade City. Born in Ponce De Leon Springs, FL to William & Esther Williamson Wilks. James was a 50-year employee of NAPA Auto Parts. They moved to Dade City in 1971 where he was a member of Calvary Assembly of God, a dedicated volunteer umpire for the Dade City Little League and Dade City and Recreation Softball League for many years. He is survived by his wife of 58 years JoAnn Wilks of Dade City, Children Becky Wilks of Ozark, AL, Debbie Hinsz of Zephyrhills, Mickey Wilks (Robin) of Zephyrhills, Wendy Lane (Randy) of Dade City, Kevin Wilks of Dade City, 10 Grandchildren Jeremy (Jessica), Jason, Jed, Jesse, Jeffery, Jackie, Jordan, Bradley, Kaela, Myka and 4 Great Grandchildren Brady, Joy, Owen and Aryton. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 13th, from 5:00 pm 7:00 pm at the Hwy 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 14th, 2015 at 11:00 am at Calvary Assembly of God. James will be laid to rest with military honors at Floral Memory Gardens, Clinton Ave, Dade City.
