James P Welsh Dade City, Fl formerly of Clermont, Fl and Virginia Beach, Va. Born June 9, 1953 in Beaver Falls, Pa the son of the late James A and Shirley C. (Smith) Welsh died January 27, 2023. James graduated in 1971 from Beaver Falls High School and enlisted in the United States Air Force serving in Vietnam. James retired from Navel Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic after 32 years 7 months of Federal service. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Marsha C. Welsh whom he married in 1980, and his children, Steven (Brandi) Miller and Tiffany Welsh, five grandchildren, Destiny, Dezron, Niko, Landon and Townes and two great grandchildren, his sister, Teresa (Bill) Leist and brother in law, Clyde Leist and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Shirley P. and Lelia L. Spitzer Smith and Bertha H. Welsh Friedman and his sister, Elzena (Jean) Keyes Leist. Services will be private.
