SWEET, James "Jim" Leroy, age 67, of Zephyrhills, FL passed away at The Rucki Hospice Care Center in Zephyrhills, FL on November 10, 2019. He was born on July 6, 1952 in Albion, MI to parents Cecil L. Sweet & Virginia Alice Clutter.Jim worked for JoMax and MarMax for over thirty years. He was a mechanic with a love for cars, and also enjoyed woodwork in his spare time. James was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Carol Sweet; two daughters: Terry Stalans of Wesley Chapel, FL and Marshell Raymer (Scott) of Brooksville, FL; one son, Steve Stalans (Amanda) of Strawberry Plains, TN; four grandchildren: Tabitha Spencer, Abigail Stalans, Brooke Raymer, and Brianna Raymer; two great-grandchildren: Arianna and Eleanor; six sisters: Rose, Lucretia, Bev, Shirley, Barbara, and Sandy; and two brothers: Doug and Ed. A memorial service will take place at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City, FL at 11am on Saturday, November 16, 2019. A committal service will follow at the Chapel Hill Gardens Bell Tower.
