RUTKOWSKI, James T., 73, of Zephyrhills, FL passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2015. Survived by his sons James and David. Memorial service to be held November 7th at 12pm at South Bay Church, 13498 US 301, Riverview, FL 33578. Memorial donations may be made to the church.
