James R. Prather, 86, passed away on April 16, 2020 in Zephyrhills, FL. Born in Jewett, OH. He served 28 years as a member of Ohio State Highway Patrol, reaching rank of Captain. Survived by his wife, Janet; son, Christopher; daughters, Pamela and Karen; 5 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife, Mary. No services at this time due to the Coronavirus.
