Novak, James C., 72, of Zephyrhills, Fl, passed away on May 18, 2012 at home. He is survived by his loving family and friends. Visitation will held on Monday, May 21, 2012 from 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. at Hodges Family Funeral Home on US 301 in Dade City. The Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 21, 2012 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Zephyrhills with a graveside service to follow at Chapel Hill Gardens.
