James Willard McKendree, 83, of Dade City, Fla., passed away March 21, 2017 in Zephyrhills. He was born February 18, 1934, in Dade City. Mr. McKendree was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He enjoyed fishing, watching sports and attended Pasadena Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Mary Sue McKendree of Dade City; son, David; daughter, Susan (Keith); granddaughter, Jennifer (Leif); great grandchildren, Brandon, Alexis, Rachel, Logan, and Jayden; and a sister, Edith Dupree. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick and Emma (Gideon) McKendree; and seven brothers and one sister. The family will receive friends from 11-12 Saturday March 25, 2017, at Hodges Family Funeral Home Hwy 301 Dade City. A service will be held at 12 pm with burial following at Chapel Hill Gardens in Dade City. Visitation
