Larry Infinger, 74, of Charleston, SC, passed away on May 1st into Gods graces after an issue of internal bleeding. Larry was born on November 13, 1947.
He had many loving friends where he lived at Citrus Hill RV Resort. He served in Vietnam in 1967, carried a fallen squad member over a hundred yards to safety after both of them had been shot, was awarded the Purple Heart and carried the bullet in his liver ever since. Larry was a Marine, a simple man, a silent warrior, a man with a frightening tolerance of pain and definitely not one to brawl with. He was nicknamed, "Crazy Larry" by his sons friends in their younger years, and the nickname stuck with his character. He enjoyed helping and doing difficult things for others, especially if it involved demolition.
Larry was predeceased by his wife, Marilyn Infinger.
He is survived by his four sons, Jamey, Scottie, Brannon, and Justin.
His ashes will be laid to rest in Arlington National Cemetery with honors on October 28, 2022 at 11am.
