HENNESSY, James F. 80 of Zephyrhills died on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at Florida Hospital Zephyrhills. Mr. Hennessy was born in Yonkers, NY to Leo & Fern Hennessy. He served his country by joining the US Army and was a dedicated & proud soldier, while serving in Germany he met his future bride to be, they have now celebrated 58 years of marriage. After his service in the army he became a letter carrier for the US Postal Service and delivered mail in Zephyrhills, New Port Richey and New York. He was an incredibly kind & generous man and spoke often about his children and grandchildren. Mr. Hennessy is survived by his wife Hildegard of Zephyrhills, Daughters Ingeborg Kelleher of Plymouth, MA and Arlene Kelleher also of Plymouth, MA, his son Jim Hennessy of Marmora, NJ, 9 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 11:00 am at St, Joseph Catholic Church, Zephyrhills. Following the mass the family will visit with friends and family at Piccola Restaurant, 37502 SR 54 West, Zephyrhills, FL.
