James Dorris Delbridge ,82 , of Minneola, Florida passed away November 3rd, 2021. He was born January 24, 1939 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee to James and Suzie Delbridge. For 38 years, James (Dorris) worked for Allied Systems as a terminal manager. He was a smart, devoted and honest man. In his eyes, there was always more to learn and improve upon. He was a deep thinker that analyzed many things, from religion to quantum physics. He enjoyed reading, music and photography. James was a member of South Lake Art League with his son Ronald. They would go on trips and take photos. He enjoyed playing his guitars. Overall, He was a man of integrity, respect, and knowledge. He loved his family and would do anything for the ones he loved. James (Dorris) is preceded in death by his son: Donald Delbridge; parents: James and Suzie Delbridge; Sister: Elizabeth Ethridge. He is survived by his Wife: Mary Delbridge; Sons: Ronald Delbridge (Tracie), Jim Delbridge; Brother: David Charles Delbridge; Step-sons: Jeffery Lee Daniels, Richard Leon Daniels; Grandchildren: Joshua James Delbridge, Brianna Delbridge, Kristen Delbridge, Allison Delbridge, Hailey Delbridge, Nicholas Delbridge, Tiffany DiSanto; great-grandchildren: Kevin Daniels, Brynn Grifford and Jackson Smith. As well as loving family and friends. A Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 8th, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City. Burial to follow at Chapel Hill Gardens.
