James Richard Bain (Jim) 77 years old, from Zephyrhills, FL, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. He was born on November 22, 1945 in Milwaukee, WI to Kenneth and Harriet Bain. He married Patty Bauer Bain on October 7, 1967 in West Allis, WI. Jim had a long and successful career with the Wisconsin Air National Guard achieving the rank of Master Sergeant. He loved spending time with his family which is what brought him to Florida after retiring with 35 years of service in the Air Force. Jim is survived by his wife of 55 years Patty Bauer Bain; and his two children, Julie Bain Fischer (Steve) Wesley Chapel, FL, James A. Bain Zephyrhills, FL, and two grandsons, Broc Fischer, currently stationed in Montgomery, AL and Trey Fischer Wesley Chapel, FL.

Viewing will be held on Sunday, July 2, 2023 from 3-4pm with funeral service to follow at Hodges Funeral Home, 36327 Hwy. 54 in Zephyrhills. Military Burial will be on Monday, July 3 at 1pm at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
