Jacob Michael Donald Vaden, 18,of Zephyrhills passed away February 18, 2012 at Lakeland Regional Hospital. He was born May 7, 1993 in Zephyrhills. Jacob loved football, playing flag football, video games, and playing guitar. He greatly enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Jacob was looking forward to being a part of the US Navy. He was a sweet, fun loving, funny guy that loved everyone. He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Ann M. Pelfrey and Sandra L. Morton; brother, Christopher T. Flannery. Survivors include Parents, Mike and Colleen Vaden; sisters, Tiffany Flannery and Kaitlin Vaden; brother, Thomas Flannery; paternal grandparents, Donald and Carol Vaden; maternal grandparents, John and Patricia Hussey; nephew, Logan Flannery; several aunts, uncles and cousin. Visitation will be 4-7 PM Friday, February 24 at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 301 Chapel in Dade City. Funeral Services will take place 1 PM Saturday at St. Marys Episcopal Church in Dade City with burial to follow at Oakside Cemetery in Zephyrhills.
