Jacob Allan Dixon, born January 15, 2001, in Zephyrhills, Florida, passed away on July 15, 2024. Jacob's life, though short, was filled with love, joy, and a passion for the things he cherished most.
Jacob is survived by his father, Floyd Dixon, and his partner, Christina Foster. He leaves behind his brothers, Justyn Mitchell of Tavares, FL (Aimee Kloop), Jared Scharber of Dade City (Aleksandra Rajcevic), and Ethan Dixon of Trilby, FL. He is also survived by his beloved sister, Jada Dixon of Dade City, and his grandmothers, Mary Elder and Rose Wilkes, both of Dade City. Jacob's memory will be carried on by his aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Clairessa Wilkes Dixon, his sister, Maykalya Dixon, and his grandfathers, Mike Elder and Steve Wilkes.
Jacob graduated from Pasco High School in 2019. He had a great love for video games and spent countless hours connecting with friends online. He also enjoyed walking the trails in Lacoochee, finding peace and solace in nature. Jacob had a special bond with animals, especially cats, and was known for his friendly and outgoing personality. He loved his family deeply and shared a particularly close relationship with his big sister, Jada.
Jacob will be missed by all who knew him, always and forever, to the moon and back. His warmth, kindness, and zest for life left an indelible mark on everyone he met.
A celebration of Jacob's life will be held at a later date.
