Jacob David Bridges, 29, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on June 5, 2023, surrounded by loved ones. Jacob was born in Tampa, Florida on September 14, 1993, to David and Mimi Bridges. He was a fun-loving, gentle, kind, hard-working, charismatic, and passionate person who always put a smile on everyone's face. He never met a stranger and was always an encourager to those around him. He had a witty and thoughtful personality that made him a joy to be around. Jacob was a graduate of Zephyrhills High School and went on to become a Pipe Fitter and Welder with Mechanical Industrial Conveyor Services, Inc. He was a skilled professional who took pride in his work and was respected by his colleagues. In his spare time, Jacob enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, laughing, and enjoying life. He loved to make people happy and was always up for a good time. Jacob is survived by his mother Mimi Bridges, father David Bridges, stepmother Sally Bridges, sister Sabrina Bogart, brother-in-law Gabriel Bogart, step-siblings Greg and Amanda Lail, Albert and Nia Garcia, Andrew and Natalie Garcia, nephew Logan, nieces Riley, and Micaiah, grandparents John and Shirley Dispenette, and many step-nieces and nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Nellie and Fred Vegas. A Celebration of Life will be held in honor of Jacob on June 16, 2023, from 4 pm to 8 pm, at 38210 Vinson Ave Zephyrhills, Florida 33542. Jacob will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
