Jackqualine Bell McKenzie, "Jackie" gained her angel wings on April 11, 2022. She was born in Onslow County, NC, on January 20, 1958, to parents Jack and Betty Bell. Jackie relocated to Florida in 1986. She worked for Advent Health Medical Group in Zephyrhills, Fl. where she was a practice administrator. Jackie worked for Dr. John Ferlita for 30 years until his retirement. She most recently managed the Pulmonary and Urology/Gynecology practice in Zephyrhills. To know Jackie was to love her. She was passionate about her family, her love for God, and her love for all things Christmas. She was a mentor and support for many friends who had the pleasure of knowing her. Always full of positive words and energy and love for all. Jackie is predeceased by her parents, Jack and Betty Bell. She is survived by her daughter, Rebekah Logan, former Son-In-Law, John Logan. Whom she loved like a son of Hampstead, NC. Her son, Matthew Formby of Zephyrhills, and his wife Mercedes whom Jackie loved and considered as a daughter of her own. She is also survived by her sister, Pat Cain of Hubert, NC. Jackie took great pride in being a Nana. Her love for her granddaughters was immeasurable. She is survived by her beloved granddaughters. R'ecely, Jada, and Sophia Formby all of Zephyrhills, Fl. As well as Emmalyn Logan of Hampstead, NC. The family would like to thank the nurses and Dr. s that took care of Jackie in her final days. As well as all of her friends, her very close work family, and her church family for all of the love, prayers, and support. We ask that everyone wear something with a bright color to her service. Jackie would not want the occasion to be mourning as she is walking the streets of Gold in her Heavenly home. She would have wanted a celebration of life. The celebration of life service will be held at Hodges Funeral Home in Zephyrhills, FL. The family will receive friends during the visitation hours at the funeral home from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, April 15th, 2022, and with the service to follow on Saturday, April 16th, 2022, at 12:00pm at the funeral home, then following in procession to Chapel Hill Gardens in Dade City, where she'll be interred.
