Isabel Marie "Belle" Coutcher of Zephyrhills, FL, passed away at home on Friday, May 5, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Robert P. Coutcher. They had been married for 62 years. Born in Providence, RI, on February 5, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Michael A. "Mickey" Stevens and Minna F. (Schoennagel) Stevens. Isabel was a retired traffic clerk for the City of Warwicks (RI) Police Department. She was the loving mother of Roger M. Coutcher of Clermont, FL, Thomas K. Coutcher and his wife Kelly Tenorio Picado of Arlington, VA, Christopher J. Coutcher of Warwick, RI, and the late Robert P. Coutcher Jr., John P. Coutcher, and James R. Coutcher. She had one grandchild, Thomas K. Coutcher Jr., of Arlington, VA. She was the caring sister of the late Jeanne E. Sjovall, Gloria H. Coutcher, David C. Stevens, Theodore J. Stevens, Marlene M. Maher, and Charles H. Stevens.
