Irene E. Nye, 93, of Zephyrhills passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2014. She was born in Warren, OH on January 12, 1921, the daughter of William and Louise Newmiller. Irene lived in Florida since 1984. She retired from Packard Electric in Warren, OH. Her husband, John who she married on August 17, 1938, preceded her in death. Also, preceding her was a daughter-in-law, Nicki Nye who passed in February of 2006. Survivors include 4 sons, John Jr (Denise) of Tierra Verde, FL, William (Andrea) of Wesley Chapel, FL, Robert (Cheryl) of Land O Lakes, FL, Terry (Bonnie) of Zephyrhills, FL; 4 sisters, Myra Hoffman of Warren, OH, Pauline Force of Braceville, OH, Joyce Young of Southington, OH and Nancy Heavner of Braceville, OH; 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren. There will be a celebration of life for her birthday in January.
