Irene R. Arnot 92, of Zephyrhills, FL passed away Thursday, April 15th, 2021 under the care of Gulfside Regional Hospice. She was born September 11, 1928 in Carthage, NY to Percy & Kathleen O'Brien Sochia. She was an Accountant in the paper manufacturing industry and an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Irene is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, her sister-in-law Joyce Becker, and she was the adopted grandmother to numerous members of her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: John McElwain Arnot; her 2 children: John Matthew Arnot and Kathleen Louise Arnot; brother: Robert Sochia; sister: June Peck and her husband Art; her in-laws: June & Bill Eiland, Emmerson & Joan Arnot, Annette Green, and Louise VanAs.

Funeral Mass will be held 10am Saturday, May 1st, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with burial to follow at Oakside Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, those that wish may make donations in her memory to either St. Joseph Catholic Church, Zephyrhills, FL, The Augustinian Academy in Carthage, New York, or Gulfside Regional Hospice.
