COOK, Ira of Dade City died Saturday, March 19, 2016 in Zephyrhills. Mr. Cook was born Trafford, PA to William & Gladys (Hoover) Cook, he was truck driver for many years, having worked for Lykes Pasco Packing, Evans Packing and Zephyr Eggs Company. He spent much of free time after retirement delivering meals on wheels to many people in east Pasco County. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Rita, Brothers Harry, Jim, Bill, Clyde. Ira is survived by his children Dale (Susan) Cook of Lakeland and Nora Moore also of Lakeland, Granddaughter Cyndi Shaffer (John) of Lakeland, Great Grandson Austin Shaffer also of Lakeland, one brother John (Carolyn) Cook of Ocala, Two additional Grandchildren, Six additional Great, Grandchildren and Three Great, Great Grandchildren.
