Howard M. Henry, 86 of Dade City, FL passed away Thursday morning, December 22, 2011 at the home of his daughter in Andalusia, AL under the care of Alacare Home Health & Hospice. He was born July 2, 1925 in Trenton, FL to Robert Washington Henry and Ellie Carway Henry. He worked for the City of Dade City Water Department over 20 years before retiring. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dade City where he taught Sunday School and was an active member of the Prime Timers Senior Adult Ministry. He is survived by 1 son: Dudley Henry, Dade City, FL; 1 daughter: Regina Smith, Andalusia, AL; a daughter-in-law: Wanda Henry, Dade City, FL; 1 brother: Joel Henry, Bradenton, FL; 10 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife: Beulah Henry and 1 son: Glenn Henry Sr. Funeral services will be held 2pm Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the First Baptist Church of Dade City. The family will receive friends for viewing from 12:30 till service time at the church. Interment will follow at Floral Memory Gardens.
