Henry Y. (AKA Woody, Tiny, Bud, HY) Woodard Jr 89 , of Lakeland, FL (formerly of Merritt Island, FL) passed away Wednesday, January 13th, 2016. He was born February 21, 1926 in Palmetto, FL to Henry Young & Annie Doris Council Woodard Sr. He retired as the Director of Environmental Health in Brevard County and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He is survived by his wife: Dotty Woodard; 2 sons: Clay Woodard (Lisa), Pat Woodard (Sue); 2 granddaughters: Chelsea & Marissa Woodard; 1 grandson: Leonard Skinner; 1 great granddaughter: Alanna Morrow; and 1 niece: Pam Chesnut. He was preceded in death by his first wife: Corky Woodard; and 1 son: Henry "Woody" Woodard III. Graveside services will be held 10am Saturday, January 16, 2016 at the Dade City Cemetery.
