Lynch, Helen E., 82 of Ridge Manor, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2013 under the care of Gulfside Center for Hospice Care at Pasco Regional Medical Center. She was born September 21, 1931 in Ivyland, PA to Charles F. & Mabel V. Clark Hill and was a longtime area resident. She is survived by her husband: Barry Lynch; 5 children: Cheryl (Fred) Brannen, Mark Lynch, Christy (Harry) Tomlinson, Scott (Kelly) Lynch, Gregg (Robin) Lynch; 1 sister: Patricia Ribelin; 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Helen was an avid fan of youth sports and activities. She rarely missed Pasco High football, basketball, baseball and softball games, and attended countless little league baseball, youth soccer, and peewee basketball games through the years, cheering on several generations of many area families. She also loved watching performances of the cheerleaders, marching band, and fine arts performances. She put in endless hours of behind the scenes volunteer work with various organizations, especially those in which Barry served in official positions; for 40+ years, she was his unofficial assistant treasurer for the local Little League. A memorial service will be held at 11 am November 14 at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 14046 5th St, in Dade City. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in her memory to either Gulfside Regional Hospice or the Dade City Little League.
