HUGHES, Helen Maxine 86 of Ridge Manor, FL. died on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Munroe Regional Medical Center, Ocala, FL. Mrs. Hughes was born to Loran & Polly (Smith) Rice on August 10, 1930. She worked as a Nanny for many years in the Tampa Bay area and was a long time member of the Ridge Manor Baptist Church. Mrs. Hughes was preceded in death by her husband, Francis R. Hughes (2000) her first husband, and the father of her children, William F Hale "Bill" in (1973), her son, William Douglas Hale in (1978), her brother and sister-in-law, Glenn & Madge Rice (1981 & 1982). She is survived by her loving family, daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly & Charles Rondeau of Ridge Manor, Fl., former son-in-law, Troy Clemons, nieces, Susan Carol Rice & Jeanna Rice Wolf. Mrs. Hughes will be laid to rest next to her late husband, Francs R. Hughes on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 12:30 pm at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. Reverend Randall Belcher will officiate the service.
