GRIMES, Helen LaPierre, 86, of Zephyrhills, FL, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, March 28, 2923. Helen was born on February 23, 1937, in Washington D.C., to parents Joseph Aime LaPierre and Lillian May LaPierre. Helen retired from Hartford Insurance after proudly serving 29 years with them, then enjoying her retirement in Zephyrhills, FL. Helen was such a proud pet owner, she absolutely adored Buddy and Mandy, her two furry cats. Other than bonding with and spoiling her cats, Helen enjoyed listening to country music, reading, and just a quite night in, and if anyone were to ever ask her what her proudest achievement in life was, shed surely say being a mother and wife is what she loved the most. Helen is survived by her loving husband, Richard L. Grimes, Children; Thelma (Chrissy) Grimes Slawson, and Harry F. Slawson, Jr. (Chuck), and her fur companions, Buddy and Mandy. Services are entrusted to the care of McLaughlin and Young Funeral Home, Hot Springs, VA.
