Hazel Leona Caselnova 88, of Dade City, FL passed away on August 19, 2018. She was born in Magnetic Springs, OH. Hazel was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 68 years Dominick, and her loving grandson Alex. She is survived by her five children and their families. A memorial service will be held in her honor on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 3pm at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home.
