Obituary
Hagan Lee Fields, 72 of Dade City, passed on May 5th, 2016. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 12th, at 1:00pm at Hodges Family Funeral Home's 301 chapel in Dade City. The family will receive visitors two hours prior, from 11:00 am to 1:00pm, at the funeral home. Comittal and interment will follow at Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery.
