Glenda Carter Austin, 87 of Seffner passed away April 28, 2024. Known to many simply as "Maw Maw", she was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She is survived by her sister, Sandra Pippin, Sons, Woodrow Pass, Carl Pass (Sheila) and Brian Austin (Sherry), three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She is predeceased by Mildred Carter (Mother), Joseph B. Carter (Father) and Joseph A. Carter (Brother). Glenda was a lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area. She was a nurse and worked many years in the heathcare industry caring for others. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 6, 2024 at 12 p.m. at Hodges Funeral Home with internment to follow at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour before service time.
