FROST, Gerald Harris 74 of Bowling Green, KY and formerly of Dade City, FL and Russellville, KY. Gerry was born in Corbin, KY to the late Jesse Raymond & Elizabeth Cox Frost, he graduated from Pasco High School and furthered his education by obtaining a BS Degree from Middle Georgia College and an MBA from Louisiana Tech University. As a young man he served in the US Navy as a Corpsman with the US Marines during the Cuban Missile Crisis. After his tour with the Navy, he continued to serve his country in the Coast Guard, retiring as Lt. Commander in the Coast Guard Reserves. In his civilian career he leveraged his military leadership and discipline as a hospital administrator. He was an active member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Russellville, KY and a past member of Kiwanis International, as well as chairman of Barren River Area Child Advocacy Center of Bowling Green, KY. Gerry is preceded in death by his Parents, Grandparents George W. & Flossie J. Cox, Uncle Charles Cox, first wife Marjorie Ann Latson Frost. He is survived by his wife Debra Frost, Son Todd (Kristie) of Arkansas, Daughter Kimberly (Warren) Frost Hopper of Bowling Green, KY, Son Mark Frost of Dallas, TX, Grandchildren Joshua & Anna Tess of Little Rock, AR, Chloe Hopper of Bowling Green, KY, and Kimberly (Kyle) Fedderly of Whitefish, MT, Brother-In-Law William (Wanda) Latson of Jonesboro, GA. The family will receive friends from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Friday, March 13, 15 at the Hwy 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home where a funeral service will take immediately following the visitation at 11:00 am. Gerry will be laid to rest at Floral Memory Gardens next to his first wife Marjorie Latson Frost.
