Gayle Sunshine "Sunny" Woodham 80, of Dade City, FL passed away Friday, April 20, 2018. She was born June 25, 1937 in Burlington, NC to Oscar Waylon & Ola Edna Stout Brown and moved to this area in 1958 from Orlando, FL. She was an active member of the Red Hat Society and enjoyed spending time in her garden and completing puzzles. Sunny is survived by 2 daughters: Angela Blankenship (Marlon), Stacy Woodham; 5 grandchildren: Eric Gilliard, Waylon Gilliard, Matthew Blankenship, Andrea Longstreet, Ciera Blankenship; 7 great grandchildren: Cason, Chloe, Alana, Rayven, Liara, Averianna, Ember; 2 sisters: Rita Gay Lay, Nilda Brown Brinson and several nieces and nephews that she loved very much. She was preceded in death by her parents: Edna & Oscar Brown and 1 daughter: Shena Woodham. A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 11:00am - 1:00pm at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home.
