Obituary

Gayle Page Ostovich, 67, of Dade City Florida, passed away January 9, 2019 at her home with her family by her side. She was born to Richard Ulmer and Caroline Cutler on March 6, 1951 in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. Gayle graduated from respiratory therapy school in 1971 in Savannah Georgia and later got into real estate selling hills, homes, and land in Dade City for the last 16 years of her life.She married Greg Ostovich in 1981, and they lived together in Miami for two years before relocating to the Tampa area where they lived for over 25 years. They later decided city life was no longer for them and pursued their dream of owning horses and moving to the country. Gayle will be forever remembered by her loving husband and best friend of 38 years, Greg Ostovich; her four children, Michael Leonard, Jen (Timothy) Johnson, Eric (Priscilla) Ostovich, Sarah (Heath) Dorr; her sister, Sharon (Bob) DeCoeur; brothers, Jim Ulmer and Carlton (Lisa) Ulmer; nieces & nephews, Erin DeCoeur, Stephanie (Jesse) Maruca, Julia Ulmer, Logan Ulmer, Dawson Ulmer; seven grandchildren, Justin, Sean, Olivia, Wyatt, Kailyn, Henry, and Caroline as well as lots of extended family and friends in Savannah, Pennsylvania, and New England.

Gayle had an unconditional love for her family and friends and was a good listener who positively impacted many lives over the years. As her health declined, her sense of humor never did which continues to be the lasting legacy she leaves behind. A private ceremony will be held for immediate family.In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to your local Hospice Care Organization.
