Gary W. Shipp (72) of Berlin, Maryland passed away on Friday, March 13, 2020, at his Florida residence. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He was the son of the late Calvin A. Shipp and Eunice (Fuller) Shipp.

Gary graduated from Franklin High School in 1965. He then served four years in the Navy. After he returned home, he became a firefighter for Baltimore County. He was assigned to Station One. He then transferred to Station Two until he retired.

Gary enjoyed spending time with friends and family, playing bingo, traveling and he enjoyed riding Harleys with his wife for many years.

Gary is survived by his wife, Violet A. Shipp. Son, Richard S. Shipp, his wife Jennifer, daughters Tammy A. Adams, her husband Bryan, Michelle A. Hillman, her husband, Jonathan and seven grandchildren. Two sisters Bonnie Chaffman and Kathy Worzask. Sister-in-law, Gloria Shipp, and Brother-in-law James O'Bryan.

He was predeceased by sons, Gary W. Shipp Jr., Joseph C Shipp and Brother, Daniel L Shipp.
