Garey William Folts, 82, of Zephyrhills, FL, passed on peacefully at his home, on June 23rd, 2020.

Garey was born in Rochester, NY on April 6th, 1938. He graduated from Charlotte High School in 1958, and married his high school sweetheart, Jeanne shortly thereafter. They were married for 59 wonderful years. Garey was a life service member of the Barnard Fire Department in Greece, NY and the Brockport Protectives Fire Department in Brockport, NY; and a life member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge 426 in Montour Falls, NY. He retired from the Eastman Kodak Company after 30 years.

Garey is survived by his son David Folts; daughter Eileen Roberts; Aaron Roberts; grandchildren Tyler and Nathaniel Roberts; brothers-in-law Raymond Bulmahn and Joseph (Sue) Bulmahn; many nieces and nephews, and many lifelong friends. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Jeanne Marie Folts; parents, Earl & Gertrude Folts; his beloved son, Steven Garey Folts; and sister-in-law Joanne Bulmahn.

Private burial at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made to the Garey W. Folts Memorial Firefighters Scholarship, at Monroe Community College Foundation, 1057 East Henrietta Rd. Rochester NY 14623.
