Hay, Frew (Scotty) Age 73 of Dade City passed away May 20, 2012 at Gulfside Regional Hospice in Zephyrhills, A Scotland native he moved to this area in 1985. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Dade City. He was a Methodist by Faith. Survived by children loving daughter Mary Allison Hay, Cynthia Davis, John E. Hay, and Sons in law Alberto and Johnnie daughter in law Giovanna Hay, 7 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 sons James Robert and William Andrew Hay. We would like to send a special thanks to the wonderful people of Hospice for their love and care. Also a special thanks to Lisa Lively, Kevin, Becky, Mervia, and all the others that took care of Scotty.
