He was born May 12, 1955 in San Diego, CA to Frederick William Colby Sr & Willow Jean Whatley Colby and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He is survived by his mother: Willow J. Colby; sister: Susan Colby; sons: Frederick W. Colby III (Heather), Josh Warren, Nate Warren; daughter: Veronica Colby; grandchildren: Zachary and Taylor; nieces: Kristen Colby, Jennifer Collura (Chad), Emma Collura and Madison Collura. Funeral Services will be held 10am Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home with burial to follow at Dade City Cemetery with military honors.
