Freddie Mae Crumpton, 89 passed away peacefully on January 16th, 2020 at Keystone Place in Land O Lakes, Fl. Her husband, Dwight Crumpton passed away on the previous Saturday, January 11th, 2020. She was born in Trenton, Fl to Frederick Johnson and Gertrude Crews Johnson. She taught many years in Independence, M0, Plano, Tx and ended her teaching career at R. B. Stewart Middle School in Zephyrhills, Fl. She was a member of the Florida Retired Teachers and the Dade City Garden Club. Freddie had a contagious smile, a positive spirit, and was loved by many. She will be greatly missed.

She was also predeceased by her parents, as well as her brothers David Johnson and Robert Johnson.

She is survived by daughters, Melissa Schaefer of Indiana, Jennifer Onieal of New Mexico and son David Salgado of Dade City, Fl. Also surviving are grandchildren, Lindsey Worthy, Vanessa Worthy of Indiana, Alex Onieal of Texas and Andrea Salgado, Christian Salgado, Nathan Salgado and Tony Salgado of Nevada along with several great-grandchildren. Also survived by brothers-in-law Jack Johnson (Dorothy), Fred Johnson (Jean) and Thomas Johnson (Jane) all of Dade City.

Freddie and Dwight will celebrate their lives together on January 22nd, 2020 at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 11441 US 301 Dade City, FL 33525 from 11a.m. - 1:p.m. with a final resting place celebration at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Av Bushnell, FL 33513 at 2p.m.
