LEWELLEN, Fred O., passed away Jan. 13, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, brother, Ronnie, 4 children, Jeanette and Ronnie Stephens, Glen, Terri & Wayne Miles, Ward and Jessica. 7 grandchildren: Michael, Bessie, Jeffrey, James, Violet, David and Christopher along with 2 great grandchildren: Sean and Cory Jr. Viewing at Hodges Family Funeral Home on 301, Thursday, January 17, 2013 from 12-1p.m. with short service at 1p.m. Burial to follow at Dade City Cemetery with military graveside honors. He will be greatly missed by many.
