Franklin "Bill" Faulkner, age 70, passed away on July 6, 2025.

Born on June 2, 1955, in Tampa, Florida, Bill spent much of his life dedicated to hard work and family. He worked in home construction for many years, building a lasting legacy in both Tampa, Florida, and Valdosta, Georgia.

Bill was a devoted husband, sharing 48 loving years of marriage with his wife, Linda Faulkner. Together, they built a life centered on love, resilience, and family.

He is survived by his children: Matthew Faulkner of Valdosta, GA; Danielle Faulkner of Tampa, FL; and Angela (Mark) Oosting of Grand Rapids, MI. He was a proud grandfather to Lillian Faulkner and Lucas Oosting, who brought great joy to his life.

Bill is also survived by his sister, Nancy (Jim) Bardin; his brothers, Thomas Faulkner and Edward Faulkner; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

He will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his steady presence, and his deep love for his family.
