Frankie L Howard "Bowtie" age 53, of Zephyrhills, passed away Saturday, April 15th, 2023 at home surrounded by family.

Frankie was born in Greenville NC to parents Tommy and Linda (Moore) Howard Herring.

Survivors include his wife Misty McClung Howard of Zephyrhills, parents, Linda Rose Herring of Tampa and Tommy Howard of North Carolina, Siblings, Donnie Howard (Michelle) of Tampa, Dean Howard (Shirley), of Tampa, Michell Howard (Wayne Estep) of Tampa, Kenny Herring (Shannon Elder) of Tampa, many aunts uncles nieces, nephews and cousins.

Frankie would help anyone, if he had it and you needed it it was yours. He had the greatest smile and a warm heart. He was the Stucco Man! He was a huge Bucs fan. He was Red Team Racing, he loved his Red Chevelle, swap meets, and fast cars. He was a grill master and loved to smoke pork butts. He spent a lot of time Bass fishing, trying to get the big one. He loved flea markets and yard sale weekends. We love him so much and will miss him dearly. We will see you again soon Frankie.

The family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11:30 am on Wednesday, April 26th, 2023, at Hodges Family Funeral Home 301 Chapel, graveside service to follow at 11:30 am, at Chapel Hill Gardens.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a donation to help cover funeral expenses.
