Frank Alton "Buddy" Clements, 69, went to be with the Lord on November 6, 2021. He was born in Dade City, Florida on February 18, 1952 and lived in Pasco County his entire life. Buddy was married to his wife, Pat Clements, for 51 years. An auto mechanic by trade, he was known for his unparalleled mechanical knowledge and ability. He could listen to an engine and know exactly how to fix it. Buddy enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with loved ones. Considered the most amazing husband, father, grandfather (Pops) and great-grandfather, he guided and fiercely protected those he loved. His generosity was boundless. Affectionately known as "Papa Frank" by those who considered him a father, he showed that fatherhood wasnt about biology or blood but rather unconditional love. He exemplified loyalty, dogged determination, work ethic, standing up for what is right and many more values that are now his legacy. His family will forever remember him as the strongest and smartest man who ever lived. Buddy is survived by his wife Patricia Clements; children Melissa Clements, Jenny Clements, Alton Wayne (Buddy) Clements, and Matthew Clements; son he raised as his own, Melvin Beagle; son-in-law Jesse McEllhenney; grandchildren Jimmy Moore, Tyler Clements, Nate Clements, Alyssa Clements, Brooke McEllhenney, and Hailey McEllhenney; great grandchildren Haven Clements, Hazel Clements, and Mayvis Clements; sister, Patricia Eble and brother-in-law, William Eble, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. He is proceeded in death by his mother, Natha Lee Clements, Father, Frank Albert Clements and daughter-in-law, Crystal Clements. Funeral services will be held on November 11, 2021.
